Orders are packed and shipped by myself within 2 to 4 business days. I email the tracking number once it the package has shipped.
Delivery time then depends on the destination.
Returns
Unfortunately, I do not accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, contact me, and I’ll do everything I can to accommodate you and resolve the problem.

All pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe, but handwash is recommended to limit any casualties.
